Short term sublet in Peckham

Hi all,
I've a flatmate heading to India for 2 months (14th Feb - 15th April). He's hoping to sublet his room for all/most if that time.
I think it's about 550 a month including bills, but I'm pretty sure its negotiable.
It's a double furnished room with en suite and the house is super close to peckham rye station.
It's modern and bike friendly, and essentially you be sharing with 1 other - me!

Apologies for the shitty phone photos.... it's a really nice gaff. Good kitchen, separate lounge and dining area, garden, extra downstairs loo etc etc.
