Did you pay for next day? If not, it quite clearly states 3-5 days, which is up until next Tuesday. If you did then fair enough, but I'd imagine they are pretty busy with the sale being on.
And I'd imagine Royal Mail might still be dealing with a backlog from the snow.

i would have thought 5 days from Monday morning would be Friday
