Roadsafe is now managed by police rather than civilians so much more worthwhile reporting everything.
Having said that you can't really see the numberplate and saying "You drive like a prick", while totally true, sometimes means the police won't persue it as they're effectively preparing a case for court and that might cause issues in court.
Definitely Roadsafe every issue you have. I've met the officer in charge of Roadsafe (as he came to take a statement about a driver I reported that has been prosecuted) and he's a really lovely guy.
