the shit components on cheap bikes
balance adjuster screws on v brakes that srcrew into a plastic housing, so as the screw goes in it just distorts the housing and does not change the tension in the brake spring
the sit plastic brake levers installed on kids bikes, the other day i found one that looked like it had been bent in a crash, but it only took one finger to straighten the lever again. so the lever actually bends if you apply any force to the brakes
the shit gears on kids bikes, that when brand new can not be changed by a fully grown adult, so a young child can not use them at all - my favourite is the fake that tries to imitate Shimano SIS, by calling itself PIS.
