Just to put it out there and potentially save me basically giving these wheels away, can you switch the axles ie rear to 110mm?

Are they cup and cone or sealed? If it's the former then surely it can be replaced/respaced. (Pure guesswork...)

Yeah i just had a browse and the 110mm specific cones can be purchased, as well as separate axles etc, i guess the rest is pretty universal whichever spacing the hubs are.....

yes its easy to swap to 110mm, just need the shorter axle.......i just went the other way this week to 120mm

Are the cones different? I can see why they might be shallower to allow the locking washer to fit and still be 110mm? Would make sense...

It's tempting to buy them and relace them to clinchers, but I think I'm probably too hardcore (heavy, but it's all muscle (mostly fat)) for 28s on London roads.
