i have this Otero frame coming to me shortly. i have never heard of them and not found much on the net.
i was told that it was a pro frame from the spanish SEUR pro team..? don't know how true this is. although it does have a number tag under the TT.
anyone have any info on this frame?
i will be building it up with a shimano 105 group.
