As was pointed out on my build. Stem rise with drop bullhorns isn't aesthetically pleasing.
I hope you are going to tape the bars and use a better mudguard than one of those ass saver things (it didn't save my ass).
The frame is nice, but I much preferred the seat tube it came with (I saw it in current projects thread).
