4" here. 2" compacted down to sketchyness. I think I'll clear the pavement outside the house later.

I panic bought some milk and a new packet of coffee this morning. I might go and panic buy a kebab now, or perhaps some dirty fried chicken.

Been watching this bike get a bit 'abandony' in Bethnal Green for a while. It's a Fuji somethingorother if I recall (always pissed when I pass it). Looks pretty this evening though.

London's roads are ok but remember to periodically scoop the pile of snow that builds in your crouch if it's pelting down.

Probably not us much as the 57mph gusts forecast for me on my commute home.

Going out to the head of the wirral tomorrow night for some sand exfoliation.

But none of that counts as traffic. Traffic is reserved by the press and planning officers for referring to motorised modes of transport. All other forms of transport are not traffic and do not need to be factored into anything.
Therefore the river will be traffic free since the only other people using it as a thoroughfare will be pedestrians, skaters, dog sleds and people on bikes. None of which counts as traffic, merely a parasite on the pocket of real traffic.
C'mon Oliver, get with the programme.
