looks like an old one-off titanium bicycle. mike augspurger used to build some cool titanium bikes and his partner leni fried does amazing anodizing and paint work. mike used to work for fat city and was a founder of merlin. he later moved to western mass and started one-off titanium. i met mike a couple times in the late 80s -early 90s. looks like mike is building off road hand cycles now.

if that's really all anodized, it's some pretty amazing work.
