Maybe offer a little more information about yourself? Budget? Sell yourself a bit as a potential housemate / lodger.
I might be looking to rent my spare room in the next couple of weeks, but a quick scan of your previous posts doesn't tell me much other than your ability to 'dibs' stuff!
