Had a quick go at getting mine sort of built up. Looking ok so far, definitely needs new forks, I got the ones on there at the moment months ago, not realising just how huge the crown is, a good cm sticking out the whole way round (still they were really cheap so not much lost) or that it'd be loads of effort to get the white decals off. I might also need to trim the seat post down a bit (or trade for a shorter one) because that's as far in as it will go and it seems like it might be just a bit too high.

i found the same problems, still looking for a new fork but the one thats on rides fine even if it looks ridiculous
