I am not sure which photo you are talking about, I am sure however that I had one of those in hand (espresso ones in particular) and they do not have additional tabs for a second ring. They are made to look exactly like sugino messenger or sturmey archer cranks, made by andel, which take 103mm bb, and do not have any additional space for a second ring either.
Your comments based on assumprions are misleading and not correct, please refrain unless you are sure.
