for the sake of posterity no i wasnt saying that. what i said was you clearly identified that he wasnt looking where he was going/weaving about etc but decided to put yourself in a position which would inevitably lead to conflict by not letting him know you were there or giving him a wide berth and going round him. the end. you and you bicycle appear to be the most dangerous combination since nitro and glycerin
