Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

This does sound a lot like undertaking, if you overtook you would have been on the right of him, if you were a safer distance behind him whilst of the left then his wobbling back to the left wouldn't have led to you two getting so close.

Show me where i said i overtook him? I said i was catching him up as he was going slowly. I kept a distance as i was fucking watching what he was doing for about 5 minutes. I knew he was going to pull infront of me without checking. Your getting on my nerves now.
