I own a 1987 Dave Russell track bike, 531 tubing, perfect condition, with Suntour Superb Pro kit. I have to say, Russell was one of the best frame builders of his generation, if not in the history of British frame building. A real craftsman. His work is near perfect. £220 is a bargain for a Russell frame. Whoever buys it won't regret it. It'll be a revelation to anyone used to riding mass produced rubbish.
