got it with the track bike i bought, not using tubulars on road so this one has to go...looks like re-lacquered to me ( no brake marks at all and lacquer not ideal ) ...but maybe i'm wrong...definitely perfect for track use, ultra smooth hub - spins until you stop it :-p
Corsa CX 19 is in perfect state but holds air only for 3-4 days, i would say it's a valve issue so probably easy to solve... or maybe its just not tight connection within valve extension?

That's just the latex inner tube inside the tub - completely normal.

But yes, lovely wheel + bargain!
