I have a 33" waist. I purchased 33s but they are now far too big, though they are still snug around the thighs, very snug. They are slim rather than skinny though. I'd go for ED-47s if you're thick legged. Much comfier and rainbow selvaged too! Well, ED-47s are comfier than my ED-55s anyway.
