I'll be around on saturday racing for Catford CC. Trying to bag the £100 and a place in the main Nocturne in June.
Track bike crit will be a crashfest. Crazy.

Cheers Ada! looking forward to this and apparently Canyon are going to have a stand there this year! =)
-
• #46
Does anyone know what surface is on the course and how big is the lap? I've emailed them, but as you would expect there is no answer.
-
• #47
Can you ride down and is there somewhere for bikes?
-
• #48
I went to a free exhibition a few years at the Excel centre. It is a really massive place. I expect though that it will be mostly very expensive bikes on display so probably wont be of much use for people who are into budget bikes, ie bikes which cost less than 600 pounds.

That ^ wasn't the case last year. There should be a range of bikes and kit, as well as loads of outdoor gear in the other show.
Now there won't be any cheap yachts though -

I went to the board and ski show there in Nov and there was a guy on the stand promoting the bike show. I said last year was full of industry and trade stuff and wasn't for the regular guy off the street. He said this year it would be more general and "retail".
Could have been a line to get me to go, could be true.
You cheap bastards! Just pay! If you don't want to pay the whole sum of £13, well I guess you just can't go..
