TK Maxx have loads of Gore Tex Berghaus jackets just in which look suitable for on and off the bike. Reduced to £100-150 in an orangey-yellow colour and peaked hood, ideal for the bike.
Didn't get the model name, but the ones that look similar on the Berghaus site are priced £250-300, so it's quite a good saving.
