I do like he's honesty though.. "this is a commercial for my movie, make no mistake".. That is what junkets are for and directors/actors expect the interview to be based around plugging the movie.
A 15 minute I/V is not the place to press him on the deeper subject but given the chance this is what KGM should be doing as well.
Tarantino could have been a little more subtle in his refusal is all.
