and cyclists safety is no more important than all others safety.
we all deserve to be delivered a safe community from our leaders (politicians, regulators and corporates). (peds, cyclists and people who choose to drive motor powered vehicles all suffer more from crashes at higher speeds).
20 mph represents a safety uplift for all users of public thoroughfares.
