No need to call this guy out but was cycling home along High Holborn, oldish (60ish I'd guess) bloke with tweed/woolly jacket type outfit, riding along halfway out from kerb approaching the back of a parked bus about say ten metres from the back of it, I'm on his outside having already pulled out to pass the bus and am slowing cos i can see he's going to need to pull out as he is still pedalling showing no sign of stopping, he looks over his shoulder to pull out, sees me wobbles a bit, turns forward, looks again and stares at me for a second or two and whilst he's staring he is actually turning sharp left into the kerb and rides straight into it.. it was like some lauerl and hardy sketch - he was only going about 8-10 miles an hour so didn't hurt himself as far as i could tell and managed to get his feet down as he hit the kerb.. he may or may not have been on the sauce all afternoon
