@NorthernStandard I like enterprising people who make stuff. Whether the output is a product, a video, or some photographs, it should be respected and not used by others for financial gain without consent.
Would you take WiganWill's photographs of polo and use them to advertise your product? I don't see your new site as much different to that example; it is the work of others being used to promote your product.
IMO you should request permission from these people who have worked hard to document their sport, they might be flattered! But the way it's being done right now is a bit naive and insensitive.
