We did that the last time we were in Berlin and found the cheapest flat EVER. it wasn't badly located (since we were on bikes) and we managed to house 10 (!!) though we were 1 or 2 over capacity. I'm gonna start looking into possible holiday lets and see what it's looking like, but I don't think anybody else will be staying as long as we are.
