As far as my experience goes, as I've had the same happen to both rear and front hubs in the last couple of years...
After 3 years you are out of warranty, in which case they offer to send you a new hub shell for £30 (for the front at least, may be more for the rear?) or to rebuild the wheel for you themselves with the new shell (and redo bearings as needs) for £50.
In the latter case, when I took that option with my rear hub, I paid postage there and they paid return.
Just had the exact same happen to my front hub and am debating what to do this time...
