Is fully taped track bars hipster these days; I'm thinking jackass, but perhaps that's just me?

I don't know, if you are using full length of these then I cant imagine why not have them taped up to the at least end of ramps.
In traffic this is where I keep my hands anyway.

I'm hear you mate, but wouldn't a true hipster suffer for his art?
