I got really excited earlier when a bike sized box arrived. It turns out my girlfriend ordered the world's most over packaged snowboard boots.

Did DFD ever even try to deliver? These must have been posted weeks ago, have they just sat in a shitty warehouse for 2 weeks then been assigned for a return delivery to Poland? Who the fuck works for these bulbs?

What pisses me off is:
I have to chase them rather than them letting us know.
When I do speak to them, they give me false information (and thereby false hope)
When I call to check up on what they have said, they deny all knowledge of ever telling me anything and then say its out of their hands.

DPD are the worst. The last time I used their services, my delivery came a week late. The tracking code they gave me for that entire period referred to an order that had already been signed for, in Belfast, two and a half years ago.

When I called, they insisted that the code was right ...
