Probably what everyone wants, but there you go!
Looking for a 54-56cm frame, pref 55cm ST & 54cm TT but there abouts is fine.
Ideally steel or an alu would be OK. Fork or no fork, I have loads that will probably do the job. 1" or 1 1/8" headtube is fine.
Paint & cosmetics, don't care much, it'll spend some time on the road but hopefully mostly in the velodrome, however occasionally needs to be locked up so a scruffy frame is the ticket.
Needs to be posted to Glasgow please!
Price, cheaper the better, but expecting to get something between £50-150
