I think the bike is a Fixei Rumpus, which retailed for £399. It's a cheaper chinese import I think, but 4130 Chro-mo and in tip top condition. I've no idea on the shipping costs unfortunately, I would guess around 20-30 for shipping, so ~£100 for everything you mentioned. Maybe someone could point me in the direction of a good shipping method. :)
