Replied. Can't believe a rug and a Vivienne Westwood belt have more attention than a bike...

This is a conversion surely?
-

Pretty sure it's track. Either way it is light and steel with horizontal drop outs.

Just spotted the bottle cage bolts, it's defo conversion.

Reasonable point. Hadn't honestly thought of that.
Anyhow, light, steel, horizontal, great little mods.

arg! i was late!
Selling my rawed 80’s Bianchi due to buying a new bike (arriving next week). It has some amazing frame mods and is a real one of a kind frame.
I have just totally stripped down the bike, regreased, oiled, pumped up, cleaned, polished and tightened at my local bike shop.
Condition wise has a few bits of rust but nothing structural and in good condition, especially given that it’s a rawed frame.
In terms of fit, I’m 5’9” or so and it fits a treat for me.
Parts list:
• FRAME: 54/55cm 1980’s Bianchi track in Columbus steel tubing with one-off frame mods
• BB: Italian sized Shimano
• STEM/HEADSET: unknown headset with 3TTT Pro Chrome stem
• BARS: Profile bullhorn with Brooks honeyed tape
• BRAKES: Shimano front with Ambrosio lever
• SEATPOST/SADDLE: unknown seatpost with Vortex saddle
• CRANK SET: Mismatched 48T with Omega/Superbe
• PEDALS: metal Wellgo with Restrap diagonals
• CHAIN: unknown
• FRONT WHEEL: On-One hubs laced to Mavic MA3 rim and Schwalbe tyre
• REAR WHEEL: System Ex hubs laced to Omega Mach 1 rim and Continental Gatorskin tyre
• SPROCKET: unknown 18T
• LOCKRING: unknown
All parts have loads left in them, especially the rear hub (newly replaced due to a large bike shop’s f**k up), tyres, chain and sprocket.
£250.00 collected from Dalston area, E8.
Ready to pick up and ride away.
Dibs followed by PM if you’re interested.
