i'd maybe suggest pistoffski take a piece of paper and writes the numbers 1 to 10 on it on equally sized squares. Using a webcam he can show the piece of paper, and cut into indentical sized pieces, put into a bag, mix and draw one at random and show it to camera. Then drop it back in, mix and pull a second number and show to camera.
First number - 1 = 1-10; 2 = 11-20, 3 = 21-30 etc etc.
Second number 1 = 1 or 11 or 21 (dependent on first number). 2 = 2 or 12 or 22 etc.
