And that job could be good, the office is very nice and I do like all of the people I know who work for Rapha... I guess the question is really whether you are a leader or not, and if you are, how much are you going to be able to take the IT forward... not just in sales & marketing (very important) but also in terms of product development lifecycle, supply chain management and even basic stock control and accounting.
The overwhelming thing I'm finding from having worked on my own ventures this past year or so is that I no longer am willing to settle, to accept. I think Rapha, whilst no longer a small startup, deserve to have that kind of thinking... to transform the business as it grows to one that can be truly multi-national and deal with several markets at once and a significant rise in revenue.
I didn't get a sense of that kind of vision in the advert, it seemed more: We have an idea of a role, it's a basic management team position.
As such, for those qualified on here... I'm not sure how attractive that would be. Well... it might be perfect, I guess the real question is what are those people doing today, for if that is sub-par this could be a dream.
What's the PTJ? I don't know the acronym.
