hoy should really run wider bars but he runs narrow bars for aero reasons and said by boardman, i think he said it took hoy a year to get used to the narrower bars

I'd imagine BC know what they're doing, and if Hoy is running narrow bars it's cos they make him faster.

Elbows out on wider bars = less aero than with narrowe bars with elbows out ?
