  • Today I made a favourite of mine.

    Black Pudding...

    Ingredients:

    1kg Dried blood and spice mix
    500g Pork back fat (Diced)
    250g Cooked pearl barley
    1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
    1.3L Warm water

    Mix them together to get this:

    Wait for it to cool and thicken. Then transfer into the casings and cook in water at 80 degrees C for 1 hour.

    And this is what you get...

    2.5kg of proper breakfast material!

    Omm, nom, fuckin', nom!
