If you looking at Planet X, the Nanolight frame is fantastic and comes at £400 in some sizes. Add Force or Ultegra groupset and you have changes for nice wheel set and finishing kit.
Having said that, I have Canyon Ultimate AL now, and like the frame. It is very stiff though.

FWIW my mate has the Planet X RT-57 with Sram red. It's a really nice bike in the flesh.
Also it has various bits of new tech BB30, OS head tube. It also feels extremely light.

They look nice. I thought it was a bit odd that they marketed a bike with long tt and shirt ht as a 'sportive bike'...

Wow that Rose is quite nice. But you can only order it from one place. In Germany. And it sounds like their customer service is a bit naff.
So at the moment we have:
Planet X RT-57 SRAM Force
Cannondale 2013 Synapse Carbon SM 5 105
Cannondale 2013 Supersix SM 105The Canyon only comes in a 56. The Focus has great spec but I'm not sure about the angle of that TT. The Synapse may be a bit too "walk in the park" for me and I'm guessing not as responsive as the others. The PX looks like an absolute bargain and a great bike but the Supersix seems like a much nicer frameset and something that could over the years be upgraded to something pretty sweet. Plus, I can get the Cannondale's locally but it all depends on the deal I can get.
My brain is about to explode, I'm going for a pint while I can still afford it.

The Synapse and the SuperSix are quite different bikes.
Until this year (when they used Cyclocross bikes "re-purposed" for the event) the Liquigas-Cannondale team used the Synapse for Paris-Roubaix, it's oriented toward the comfort end of the spectrum, is more upright and shorter than the more aggressive design of the SuperSix.
It depends what kind of riding you will do with the bike, well worth taking both out for a good test ride over mixed terrain to see which suits you.

Oh nice!
Yeah gonna try and give them both a go.

I'd get the Rose between all bikes mentioned here. Lots of bang for the buck. Got a couple friends who have ordered bikes from them and they are all super happy with theirs.

Eignang on here has a Rose bike and if I hadn't been given such a ridiculous deal by PX (Nanolight with full red for 1k) I'd have gone with one of theirs. They are putting together some cracking bikes.
The supersix is a fucking beaut, stiff as a stiff thing. One of my work mates got the one above just before xmas and I was really impressed with it - looks great in the liquigas colours as well.
