I've no idea what the graphic in the centre is. I don't think it's original to the crank make. The shape of the cutouts in the spider arms is what suggested Stronglight to me. TA make chainrings to fit almost any make of cranks so that's not really of any great help.

The cutouts look a bit like Samson.... Maybe early bontrager?

Any stamping/marks on the back of the spider or arms?

I need some info on this F+F I've heard of a Rossi but to my knowledge they're an Italian manufacturer and this clearly says Nottingham. Main problem is I cant find the frame number, I've looked in all the usual places (BB, drop outs, headstock). Other than that any Info would be helpful (value, year, transfer availability). I think its made from Aelle tubing as its a dead ringer for this one which IMO looks quite nice though that one has proper track forks so if I referb this one it wont look quite as badass

Can anyone put a date on my campag shifters and mech? I've got a feeling they might be incompatible as I've never been able to get the working together satisfactorily...
-
• #2817
I've got one of those rear mechs on my De Rosa, it was fitted by neutral support after I crashed in 2007 so it's either 2006 or 2007.
The Campag webpage has archive catalogues - pretty useful for this sort of thing... http://www.campagnolo.com/repository/documenti/en/EN_06-COMPONENTS.pdf -

That's ace, cheers. Well, it looks like the shifters are definitely '09 ultra shift which would probably explain why they're not working with the older mech.

10 speed campa will be compatible throughout all gruppos and all manufacturing years. There were no changes in cable pull. Only items to avoid are the quick shift ergopowers, shitty and artificially limited functionality. Always get ultra shift ergopowers. Not sure where your problem stems from. Give it a good clean and install new shifter cables?

could be of Jack's own manufacture. He was known for making quirky components/racks/bits for his bikes.

Ok, thanks for that. You might have saved me quite a bit of money there! I was having trouble tuning up after replacing the cables, but I've since disassembled and cleaned the mech, will give it another go tonight.
