  • The anodised blue spacers should simlply pull off of either side exposing the axle snd bearings.

    Using a rubber mallet/bit of wood so you don't damage It, knock the axle out from one end (I'd knock it towards the non threaded side to make life slightly easier later on). It'll take one bearing with it leaving other in the hub shell.

    The bearings must be the same so slide the one that's on the axle off, put axle in the hub the right way round, put the bearing in place and use a socket the same size as the outer race of the bearing to tap it home (this is where knocking the axle out as described above makes life easier as you won't have to find a deep socket to fit over the long end of the axle).

    Re install the blue spacer collars and enjoy.
