Sounds like a great trip.....If your still working out the best way to take a bike on eurostar I have found the best way is to use something like this http://www.probikekit.com/uk/accessories/luggage-transport/bike-transportation/scicon-pocket-bike-bag.htm
Then all you do is take the wheels off carry it on (gets treated as if you had a suitcase) then you pack it with the luggage at the end of your carrige. Just put the wheels back on the other side job done and the bag weights pretty much nothing.
