  • ^Nice tall bike, why did you leave the chain and seatstays on the top one though? And why didn't you go from the top bikes chainring straight to the cassette (would it be that it messes up the rear derauiller)?

  • leaving the stays on the top frame was the only way to get a clean run for the derailleur cable. With that and the triangle chain setup I can hit all 8 gears in the back

  • Nice set of bikes there!

  • New one here. Those are my bikes:

The daily commuter and sometimes road bike:

    With winter set up:

The road bike and sometimes commuter (now running with an alluminium Mavic Cosmic wheelset):

The oldshool BMX for short commuters and relaxed path rides:

A vintage foldable I restored for my girl:

And still have to take some pictures of the MTB.

Well, and this is me having some fun at the velodrome:

  • Nice Stable!!

That BMX is super dope. What are the fenders on the track bike? And the chainring?

  • Thanks! The mudguards are Acor QR. Bought them on Ebay a year ago and I haven´t seen them again anywhere, but they´re pretty similar to the SKS Raceblade´s.

The crankset on te "track" bike was also an Ebay bargain. They´re some cheapo Prowheel´s and I´m not sure about the model, but in both cranks is written the word Vive. I´ve searched for them and havent´n found anything. I reckon they are some kind of prototype or discard cause the seller had only two pairs for sale.

  • I've been posted in here a few pages ago with my Raleigh...well it's been a long time, so let's repeat this thing...

hello, my name is Danis and I'm from Indonesia...

    the rider

my previous ride (that's been posted here)

after 5 months working, saving some spare money & and sold the Raleigh...my current ride

a bit downsize but that's fine for me

    is it HHSB enough? LOL

  • I´ve seen that Raleigh previously in Pedalroom. It´s (or was) just annoying, best conversion ever.

Edit: What fork was the one on the Raleigh?

  • update on my only bike also getting new bmx frame in soon

    LOL
and that fork question was also annoys me sometimes :|
the previous owner of the Raleigh said it was columbus track, but he's not mentioning the year & model...so let's say it's just an ordinary columbus track fork

Cool. It really gives an agressive look to the bike.

  • Wow, tasteful selection of wheels

  • Gorgeous frame. Good upgrade

  • are conversions allowed on velodromes?

  • How long is a piece of string?

  • You can ride a conversion at Manchester, as long as everything else conforms, ie. bb height, crank length, no brakes/levers, bars taped/plugged or gripped, no braze ons sticking out....

They may ask you to tape up your derailleur hanger to protect the boards.

Can you deal with the shame of riding a conversion on a velodrome is more the question here.

  • to be fair, as conversions go, the Mendiz is bang tidy

  • are conversions allowed on velodromes?

Maybe not in all velodromes, but this one is fully open and without security guard or supervisor. You can even give a whirl with a BMX if you want (obviously if there´s nobody training or a race).

  • Where is it?

  • Thanks, if I take a trip to the north of Spain I'll know to bring a bike!
