Focale 44 Polo Bike saga continues... They have made an offer... Can £150 sort the wheels and sprocket?

Thanks for your email. For some reason the email sent via our site did not come trough to us. We are now looking into why this has happened.
Sorry to hear you have had problems with some of the components on the Focale44 Polo bike. We have never had any problems with it before.
Can I suggest a partial credit? We can refund £150 of the price paid reducing the bike cost to £350. This should be plenty enough to upgrade the front wheel, sprocket and chain.
We return to the office on Wednesday 2nd Jan. We will get this sorted for you then.
