I decided to finish the bike properly for my brother.
Changes are - proper seatpost and saddle, new aero bladed forks, Stronglight headset and putting the cable stops the right way around.
The Mavic Aksiums have also changed from black to silver and the pedals have changed to Eggbeaters.
