Today's much needed spin had the following announce themselves on my cerebral heads-up display.
1 - Britney Spears' 'Toxic' - not sung aloud. More sitting quietly on my shoulder like the Devil.
2 - Paloma Faith's 'Never Tear Us Apart' - replaced the above when I tired of it.
3 - A dead something or other, squished flat and splayed into the road like only a cartoon could imagine had me pondering life. It had left this poor rodent, never to return. That the impossibility of God plugs the gap between life and its absence shows the limits of rationality. Either that, or Walt Disney's the Second Coming.
4 - How much I was looking forward to a good dollop of duck rillettes with toasted rye bread once I returned.
