Our Turketta®©™ came out amazingly, cooked it at gas mark 1 overnight and it was beautifully moist...
Replace pork shoulder with a turkey crown (with some dark meat also rolled into it)... My new stuffing recipe also came out great, Mrs TS said that was her fave bit...
PS The Turketta®©™ gravy was incredible, did nothing to it but reduce the juices by half... Wowzer!
