Wanted: Compact road chainset, square taper

Low-viz

Hi - I'm off to France and want to bring a compact chainset with me because I'm worried that my legs will give up the ghost going up the Galibier!

Does anyone have a 50/34 square taper chainset laying around that isn't wanted?

Alternatively, I would be happy to rent one if anyone has one that they don't want to sell. I also have a Campag 9 speed mirage 52/39 silver squre taper chainset that I could use in a trade.

Hi there - I have a Campag Veloce 50/34 square taper and would consider some kind of deal with the Mirage you have subject to seeing it. I'm in SE1/Waterloo if you want to arrange to pop over. Ciao Hutch

I'm also after a lower-end Campagnolo compact, preferably square taper. The above Veloce chainset sounds perfect, should low-viz not want it.

I'm not living in London at the moment, though am there reasonably regularly, so could arrange for either postage or collection.
