Saw this a while back. Made me feel uncomfortable, in the same way that Supersize vs Superskinny show on C4 does.

Is it informative, realistic and beneficial, or sensationalist, simplistic and really quite distasteful? Sadly, like so many of these shows, it is so compelling.
