Yep, it's an Unknown track frame, but this one is a little different. It's a custom size that is handbuilt from 7005 with smooth welds. A lot of their production frames were made of a different grade aluminium and had rough welds.
I bought it from the company owner who was selling it as it has been hanging on their showroom wall in Seoul for a couple of years and they have a new range of frames coming out for 2013.
