I stay around the 11 stone/70kg area (maybe more after Christmas) i may end up carrying heavy things in my bag though, but id be riding more carefully then anyway.
I had a 28h front Miche pistard front wheel, never had a problem, thinking more about the strength of the rear wheel though, thinking find some Miche 28h track hubs, mavic rims and some foldable gatorskins, so not factory built wheels. Just after some light weight wheels that could handle every day riding.
