^ It's an American Cycles custom True-Temper steel frame called the World Force. AC later sold the design to Azonic who produced it in Aluminium - they also called it the World force.
It's quite funny to have a steel frame with 8" of travel at the back but cantilever bosses and braze on cable guides for a front mech.... The pivots are all plain bronze bearings with big brass grease ports screwed in. The suspension works well if you ride very aggressively and pedal hard into things....
