What's with the backwards date format. Is it fourth of jan or just an april fool?
-
• #3
american date usage, easier to search the forum in a worldwide manner.
though it says london in the name, it ain't just london folks who come looking for info..ps. hope to see you at the anniversary..

Bit early ain't it to post this? I know Souths is important but do we really need 4 months notice?

Wests, back in 2007,
Easts: 25th March 2008- 2009
Souths: 31st March 2008As Easts died when Polo took off it cannot really claim to be the same event, surely?
Plus it's in Highgate now.

ISO 8601 standard date format. Easy to sort or parse, widely understood by all kinds of software. Putting it into the topic title helps it show up properly in the calendar.
Souths will be FIVE years old come next year, 2nd oldest of the forum drinks, and we would be delighted if you'd all come to join us, to celebrate our part in "bringing people together who shouldn't really be together"
There will be drinking, there will be dancing, there will be stories about old times, and old friends, and hopefully lots of new faces.
NEXT WEEK.
So here's the dilly oh
We will be engaging in a Pub Crawl, 12-12.
Meet Noon at the Trinity, in Brixton where it all began.
We will then be proceeding to these pubs in this order. So we get some miles in and enjoy the crisp, clean south london air in between jars of ale (cider for me)
