Yeah, fair point. I'm sure stolen stuff does end up in pawn shops though, they can't all be reputable.
I know they're usually hot on taking ID of people for frequently stolen things (I've seen people trying to flog PS3s etc with the "oh, sorry mate, I don't have any ID on me, my address is uh..." without success) but stuff must slip through.
Just sets alarm bells ringing for a bike that was bought a few months ago to have been sold to a pawn shop for, presumably, a massive loss (depends what JRKO bought it for, I suppose).
